Terms of service

SponsorMyMoment is a marketplace that helps sponsors and hosts discover, discuss, and fulfil sponsorship inventory. Users must provide accurate identity, organization, inventory, and payment information and must follow applicable law.

Accounts and conduct

Accounts are personal or organization-authorized. No user may manipulate bids, misrepresent inventory, evade a moderation action, solicit payment off-platform, or upload material they do not have permission to use. SponsorMyMoment may restrict access while a safety, payment, or fraud review is open.

Marketplace role

SponsorMyMoment does not own or guarantee every Moment. Deal terms, proof, and payment states are shown before agreement, and critical state changes are recorded by controlled server workflows.

Privacy policy

SponsorMyMoment uses account, organization, inventory, transaction, fulfilment, and support information to operate the marketplace, prevent abuse, provide notifications, and measure product reliability. Sensitive verification evidence remains private and is exposed only to authorized review workflows.

Safety telemetry

Abuse prevention may use rate-limit keys and one-way device or IP hashes supplied by trusted infrastructure. Raw IP and device values are not stored in the marketplace analytics schema. Analytics events are allowlisted and aggregated for product decisions.

Retention and sharing

Payment providers, identity providers, storage providers, and email providers receive only the data required for their service. Retention, international transfer, legal bases, and jurisdiction-specific rights require final counsel and vendor review.

Sponsorship terms

Each sponsorship is defined by the selected Moment, asset, quantity, price or bid, currency, deliverables, accepted proof types, deadlines, and agreed messages. Inventory is finite and availability may change until a server-side reservation or agreement is confirmed.

Hosts submit fulfilment proof through the Deal Room. Sponsors may approve, request correction, or open a dispute with a reason. Completion, reviews, and payout release are gated by the recorded transaction state.

Auction terms

Auctions publish a start price, increment, close time, reserve behavior, and any anti-sniping extension. A bid must meet the next minimum and is recorded as an append-only event. The winning bid is determined server-side after the auction closes and the reserve condition is evaluated.

SponsorMyMoment may pause or cancel an auction when inventory, identity, payment, fraud, or policy concerns require intervention. A bid does not become a completed sponsorship until payment and fulfilment terms are confirmed.

Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the Deal state, agreed terms, event exceptions, deliverable history, and any dispute resolution. Full and partial refunds are recorded in the payment ledger; payout holds and reversals are controlled by the operations workflow.

Event cancellation, postponement, non-delivery, sponsor withdrawal, and force majeure should be defined per transaction and reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction before launch.

Data controls

Authenticated users can request an export or deletion through the account boundary. Requests enter a controlled queue so payment, fraud, tax, dispute, and legal-retention obligations can be handled before data is removed.
